Suddenly the mask begins to fall away

You cry for their attention
You beg at their feet
But nothing stops them leaving

You heart is completely shattered
And you find it hard to breath
You sink into depression
And you forget your basic needs
But there’s no time to rest
Before the next round begins
The cycle goes on forever
And it drives you insane
You try to escape
But you’re trapped in loves game
All you can do is sit
And hope one day to be saved
Love has no remorse
No sympathy for you
After all it’s your fault
